Messy Monkeys Childcare

Messy Monkeys Childcare runs childcare centers for infants through children about 5 years old, with programs grouped by age from infants (6 weeks to 12 months) through 4-K Preppers (4 to 5 years). The company is privately owned and describes its centers as boutique-style, with a school-wide curriculum that includes visits from local organizations such as the South Carolina Aquarium and Charleston County fire and police departments.

Daily snacks, diapers, pull-ups and wipes until potty training is complete are included in tuition, and voluntary extracurricular classes such as soccer and yoga are offered. The West Ashley center is at 2487 Ashley River Road in Charleston, and the company also runs a Johns Island location. Families can schedule a tour through the website.
