Holt Transmission Service

Holt Transmission Service is an auto repair shop with a focus on transmissions, offering diagnosis, repairs and full rebuilds for cars and trucks. Past customers report that the crew explains what is wrong before starting work and that quoted prices hold, and the shop also handles general auto repairs. It has been operating since 2006.

The shop is open Monday through Friday, and appointments can be set up to drop a vehicle off before work. Repairs come with a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty, and payment options are available. The Charleston location is one of four, with others in Summerville, North Charleston and Mount Pleasant.
