Harborview Decks and Exteriors

Harborview Decks & Exteriors builds custom decks, screen rooms, sunrooms, pergolas and covered patios, outdoor fireplaces and cable railing systems for homes in Charleston and Charlotte. Composite and hardwood decks, screen rooms with tongue-and-groove ceilings, and waterproofed flat-roof and tile deck work are among its main jobs. The company also takes on custom homes, whole-home renovations and ADA-compliant ramps.

Work is referral-based, and the company takes on a limited number of projects each year, so the same crew stays on a job from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. Quotes are itemized, and scope changes are priced in writing before any work begins. A 7-year craftsmanship warranty backs the work. The company is based on King Street in Charleston and serves Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Kiawah Island and parts of the Charlotte area.
