D'Allesandro's Pizza

D'Allesandro's Pizza hand-tosses its pizzas, calzones and stromboli at a downtown Charleston corner on Bogard and St. Philip, where it has operated since 2006. Known dishes include the Greek pizza, BBQ chicken pizza and pan pizza, with garlic bread, wings, meatballs, Greek salads and cheesecake rounding out the menu.

The family-operated restaurant offers takeout, delivery and catering, and orders can be placed online or through its app. Active military receive 10 percent off every day. A second location sits at Nexton Square in Summerville, and gift cards are sold at both.
