Clar-e-ty Nutrition and Wellness

Clar-e-ty Nutrition and Wellness builds personalized, macro-based nutrition plans for people with very different goals, from foodies who dislike exercise to competitive athletes who need to fuel for performance. The practice also offers safe prenatal and postnatal training and evidence-based wellness coaching, with a focus on eating in a way that lasts.

Work begins with a one-on-one strategy session, followed by a custom plan and weekly coaching check-ins. Clients can message the coach between sessions for quick questions, and optional bi-weekly phone or FaceTime calls are available. Services can be booked online, and gift cards are sold through the shop. The business is based in North Charleston and serves clients nationwide.
