Joaquin Painting

Joaquin Painting is a family-run contractor that handles both commercial and residential painting, from interior and exterior work to cabinet refinishing. The crew also does concrete work, including staining, epoxy coatings and pool deck coatings. Randy Butler started the business in 1979 out of his garage, and his son Mark, now president, carries it on.

Customers can book a free estimate online or by phone, and the crew arrives within the one-hour window that was reserved. The company serves customers across Modesto, the Central Valley and Northern California, and it moved into a new building in Ceres at the start of 2026. The business is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and lists a California contractor license number on its site.
