American Tree Service

American Tree Service is a Modesto-area tree care company offering pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, tree planting, grafting and tree health assessments, with a certified arborist on staff. The company also handles insect control and root removal, and it states that it only recommends work a tree actually needs. Crews carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy and workers' comp coverage, and each job includes a full cleanup.

To book, call the office or request an estimate through the website; customers say quotes come back quickly. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm, and the company works with Spanish-speaking customers as well as English speakers. Its service area is Modesto and surrounding communities in Stanislaus County.
