RISE Skin Rejuvenation and Body Sculpting is a family-owned, women-run spa offering more than 50 non-invasive skin and body services, including Cryo T Shock body sculpting, micro-channeling with stem-cell serums, chemical peels, signature facials, and therapeutic massage. Its sister company, RISE A'new, adds medical aesthetics, assisted stretch therapy, women-focused fitness and nutrition coaching, yoga and Reiki.

Appointments are booked online through the spa's booking page, and a cancellation policy applies, with late arrivals risking a shortened or rescheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval. The spa is at 700 16th St. NE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is open Saturday mornings.
