Modern Builders & Design

Modern Builders & Design is a renovation company that does epoxy garage and commercial floors, basement finishing, and kitchen and bath remodeling. Its floor coatings work uses polyurea and polyaspartic systems, and the company also handles commercial and industrial epoxy for shops, warehouses and facilities.

The company is based in Fox River Grove and serves the greater Chicago area and the northwest suburbs. Most projects can be quoted quickly, often over the phone, and free estimates are available. The team is licensed and insured, and the business uses commercial-grade materials for floor work.
