Urban Flex + Flow

Urban Flex + Flow is a fitness, yoga and wellness studio run by two local owners, Heather Harrah, who leads the yoga side under the Urban Flow name, and Bean Harrah, who runs the fitness side as Urban Flex Fitness. Classes include yoga, fitness, personal training, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, with fitness classes built on strength, functional training and a challenging pace.

Classes are pre-registered online, and the studio asks members to arrive no more than 10 minutes early and to cancel if they cannot attend. Email is available for general business inquiries, and the studio is at Fair Oaks Boulevard in Carmichael, California.
