Buck Family Automotive

Buck Family Automotive is an independent auto repair and service shop serving both Asian and domestic brands, including Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Chevrolet and Jeep. The shop focuses on advanced diagnostics and precision repair, and it sends digital repair orders with photos and videos to customers' phones along with text alerts as work progresses. Work is priced with red, yellow and green tiered recommendations so customers can see what is urgent and what can wait, and the shop offers a 3 year or 36,000 mile nationwide warranty.

The shop is by appointment only, and customers can call, text or request one online. Tow-ins are the exception. Buck Family Automotive is located directly off Fair Oaks Boulevard in Carmichael, with designated parking and a multi-room waiting area that includes a children's play space, free wifi and a coffee and tea bar. Pre-trip and used vehicle inspections are also offered.
