True Balance offers private personal training and nutrition coaching shaped around each client's goals, fitness level and daily schedule. Andrea Lane, a certified personal trainer and holistic lifestyle coach, designs strength, cardio and flexibility routines alongside custom nutrition guidance. Clients range from competitive athletes to retirees, and many are returning after an injury or years away from exercise.

In-person strength sessions are held at the Carlsbad studio, and online coaching is available as well. A complimentary consultation comes before a client commits, and the full coaching program combines a monthly strength, cardio, flexibility and nutrition plan in one package.
