LEGOLAND California Resort

LEGOLAND California Resort is a theme park built around LEGO, with more than 60 rides, shows and attractions. The newest land, Dino Valley, sits alongside the upcoming LEGO Galaxy, which includes the GalactiCoaster, an indoor family coaster. Miniland USA holds a 30-foot LEGO model of San Diego with 55 landmarks. The resort also includes the LEGOLAND Water Park, with seven slides and the Build-A-Raft River, and the SEA LIFE Aquarium.

Most attractions are designed for children ages 2 to 12. Families can stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel or the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel, which together have 500 LEGO-themed rooms and sit less than 2 miles from the nearest beach. The resort is about 30 minutes north of San Diego and an hour south of Anaheim, in Carlsbad. It is a Certified Autism Center. Prices and schedules can change without notice, so check dates before visiting.
