Summit Oak Builders LLC

Summit Oak Builders designs and builds high-end custom homes across the Texas Hill Country. The company works from its Canyon Lake office and takes on a limited number of homes at a time, so each owner gets close attention through the build. Its design-build process suits growing families, multigenerational households and empty nesters, whether the home sits on a view, a secluded acreage or closer to town.

Greg Griffin owns and manages the company and stays involved from early design through final finishing. The team works with subcontractors he has built relationships with over about 20 years, and a construction manager oversees each stage of production. Clients receive weekly project updates and can browse galleries and a virtual tour of the company's work.
