DMH Development

DMH Development is a family-owned builder that handles custom homes, home renovations, decks, casitas and outdoor living spaces across the Texas Hill Country. Its outdoor work includes pool houses and guest houses, pool decks, pergolas, patios and outdoor kitchens, along with metal buildings. Kitchen and bathroom remodels and whole-home renovations are also part of the lineup.

Tom and Dillon are personally involved in every project, and clients work directly with them rather than through layers of project managers. The company provides itemized quotes and weekly progress updates, and it can handle permits, engineering and project management. DMH is a registered contractor with several cities and HOAs, including Horseshoe Bay and San Marcos. The office is on Moerike Road in Canyon Lake.
