KIT Custom Homebuilders

KIT Custom Homebuilders builds manufactured and modular homes, with floor plans grouped into series such as Cedar Canyon, Pinehurst, Grand Manor and Meadow Ranch, plus multi-family designs. The company is known for customizable layouts and contemporary exterior options, including the Aspen View, Craftsman and Yellowstone looks. Its in-house engineering staff works on contemporary designs and features that can be tailored to different lifestyles.

Buyers usually work with one of the company's authorized retail partners across the western United States rather than buying directly from the Caldwell office. Decor and design options are available to personalize a home. KIT is a locally owned and operated company headquartered on Garber Street in Caldwell, Idaho, and it has been in business since 1945.
