Adair Homes

Adair Homes is a custom home builder that has been building homes since 1969. Its Caldwell design center handles custom homes built on land the customer already owns or finds with help, along with accessory dwelling units, investment and rental properties, and multi-family homes.

The process starts with a free site evaluation, followed by help with permitting, site development and financing through Basis Home Loans. Customers choose a floor plan or custom design and personalize finishes at the design center, which is open by appointment on weekdays and Saturdays, with Zoom meetings also available. The Caldwell office is at 805 Saddle Ave, Suite 103, and the company also serves nearby Treasure Valley communities.
