American Rooter & Drain

American Rooter & Drain is a plumbing company that also handles heating and air, drains, sewer work, septic service and some electrical work through its own crew and trucks. Drain cleaning, camera inspection, water heater repair and replacement, and furnace or AC service are among the core jobs, and the company says it uses its own technicians rather than subcontractors.

The company is veteran-owned and operated by a former Marine, and it is based in Caldwell. It quotes a flat price in writing before work starts and offers same-day service for emergencies, with a live person answering the phone around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays. Its service area covers much of the Treasure Valley and parts of Eastern Oregon.
