Deep City Brunch & Events

Deep City is a brunch restaurant and event space in Burlington, set near the Lake Champlain waterfront. It serves a brunch and lunch menu with starters, brunch specialties, sides and drinks, and the space is also used for private events at night with a full bar. The menu is built around brunch, and a former Penny Cluse Café brunch team has been part of its recent menu.

Deep City is open Thursday through Monday for brunch and lunch from 8am to 2pm, with Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am. Reservations are not taken, so it works on a walk-in basis. The building was a lumber mill in the mid 1800s and has exposed brick and post and beam framing, with patio seating and views of the lake and the Adirondacks. It sits next to the Foam Brewers brewery at 112 Lake Street.
