Kirkpatrick Floors

Kirkpatrick Floors plans and installs hardwood, tile, laminate and luxury vinyl flooring in the Palm Coast area. Founder Kyler Kirkpatrick approaches each job the way a commercial contractor would, looking past the finish to the subfloor, layout, transitions and any waterproofing the room needs. Recent projects include a natural stone-look porcelain floor in Flagler Beach and a European oak chevron floor in Palm Coast.

Builders, designers and homeowners can all work with the studio. A project starts with a first call, then a site visit to measure and check the space, followed by a written scope and schedule coordinated with other trades. Materials and quantities are confirmed before work begins, and the crew finishes with a walkthrough and care guidance. The office is on North State Street in Bunnell.
