Crest Residential Construction

Crest Residential Construction is a remodeling and construction company that handles home and condo renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom homes and additions, and full-service home renovations. Sean McDowell founded the company in 2015 after working as a carpenter and serving in the Navy Seabees, and it is known in testimonials for clean job sites, steady communication and careful finish carpentry.

Customers often describe the crew as reliable about showing up when scheduled and fair on pricing, with bids given after an on-site review of the scope of work. The company also works on condos, including projects managed remotely for owners who live out of the area. Its service area covers the Flagler and Volusia County coast, including Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach, with the office in Bunnell.
