Wildflours Gluten Free Bakery makes 100% gluten free baked goods and desserts, including cupcakes, cookies, brownies and bars, muffins, scones, donuts, breads, pies, cheesecakes and quiches. Many items are also offered dairy free or vegan, and the menu of fresh selections changes often.
Cakes, pies and cheesecakes need advance notice of about a week, and special orders are placed in person at the bakery or by phone rather than by email or online. The shop is at 54 Cumberland Street in Brunswick, open weekday mornings and Saturday mornings and closed Sundays, and the bakery also sells at the Brunswick Topsham Land Trust Farmers Market at Crystal Spring on Saturdays through October.
