Modern Pest Services

Modern Pest Services handles residential and commercial pest control, from bed bugs, termites and carpenter ants to rodents, mosquitoes, ticks and stinging insects. Rodent work includes finding and sealing entry points along with humane trapping, and wildlife removal covers raccoons, squirrels, skunks, groundhogs and bats. Commercial clients include property managers, restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools and warehouses.

Free estimates and consultations come with no obligation, and extra follow-up visits between scheduled treatments are included at no added cost. Financing and payment plans are available. The outdoor plan runs six applications across the season for mosquitoes, ticks and fleas. Bed bug crews arrive in unmarked vehicles to limit disruption. The company serves Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, and has a Portland, Maine team.
