Stoneva General Contractors Brooklyn

Stoneva is a general contractor working across Brooklyn, with most of its work on row houses and apartments. Its main jobs are bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, full or single-floor row house renovation, carpentry and joinery, and painting and plastering, with flooring also in its scope. Plumbing and electrical work are handled by licensed trades the company brings in and coordinates.

Because most Brooklyn row houses share a party wall, the company plans noisy work around neighbors and tells them the dates in advance. Work on a garden level starts with moisture and the condition of the walls and slab. Jobs begin with a call, then a visit and a written scope and price in parts, and each job has one contact person. Structural work and anything needing an architect's filing is outside what the company takes on alone.
