Brooklyn Frame Works

Brooklyn Frame Works is a custom picture framing shop that has been working since 1997. The team, which includes artists and craftspeople with more than 25 years of framing experience, focuses on museum-quality conservation and careful design for artwork, prints and works on paper. Its clients have included the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Public Library and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

The shop is at 142 5th Avenue in Brooklyn, across from St. John's Place, and is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Appointments are recommended for framing consultations, though walk-ins are welcome as time allows. A phone call or email before booking a consultation is suggested, and the staff can help with standard and less costly options as well as custom sizes.
