Four & Twenty Blackbirds

Four & Twenty Blackbirds bakes whole pies in an all-butter crust, using seasonal ingredients that change through the year. The current lineup includes brown butter pumpkin, bourbon pear crumble, chocolate and lemon chess, matcha custard and salted caramel apple, along with a standing set of classics such as the Peaconut, made with peanuts and coconut.

Pies are ordered ahead online. Customers can pick up in Brooklyn, get same-day delivery within Brooklyn, or choose next-day delivery in NYC or nationwide shipping. The bakery also takes orders for weddings, catering and special events, and it sells to wholesale accounts. A Thanksgiving menu is offered for pre-order each fall, available for a set late-November window.
