Bright Star Service

Bright Star Service is an HVAC and mechanical contractor serving residential, commercial and light industrial customers across New York City. Its work covers boiler service and steam heat, AC repair, mini-split and VRF systems, heat pump installation, rooftop units and full system replacement. Technicians photograph what they find and show instrument readings, so customers can see the problem before deciding on a repair.

A diagnostic visit carries a flat $225 fee that is not credited toward the repair, and no work begins until a written estimate is signed. Most calls are scheduled the same day, and an emergency line runs around the clock. A paid 5-Star Membership adds scheduled tune-ups and discounted repairs. Crews work in all five boroughs and tailor their approach to each building type, from brownstones to high-rise co-ops.
