Airnizer Inc

Airnizer is an HVAC contractor that installs, repairs and maintains ductless mini split air conditioners and heat pumps, along with VRF and VRV systems. The team also handles ducted AC, gas furnaces, boilers, rooftop units and packaged terminal AC units for residential and commercial clients. Work is done under the Airnizer HVAC name, and the company holds EPA Section 608 certification and is Mitsubishi, Daikin and Fujitsu certified for mini split and VRF work.

Free in-person estimates are offered for new installs and for replacements of ducted systems, mini splits, boilers and VRF systems, and those visits must be scheduled in advance. Repairs and maintenance are quoted during a service call instead, with a minimum labor charge of $450 per job. Airnizer provides its own equipment and parts and does not install customer-supplied units. Installations carry a one-year warranty on labor and materials. The office is at 175 Pearl Street in Brooklyn, and the company serves all five boroughs of New York City.
