Flux Marine

Flux Marine builds electric outboard systems that combine propulsion, batteries and controls into one package for recreational boats. Its line includes a complete propulsion system, marine batteries and a smart helm, and it markets the systems to family cruisers, inshore anglers and aquaculture operators.

The company grew out of a garage and now runs a manufacturing operation in Rhode Island, staffed by engineers, designers and technicians. Customers can order online or book a sea trial, and the team also takes sales questions through its contact form. The office is at 500 Wood Street in Bristol.
