Basil & Bunny

Basil & Bunny serves plant-based comfort food, with burgers, crispy seitan chicky sandwiches, hand-cut fries and baked sweets on the menu. The founders started with a two-person food trailer in 2020 and later opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Bristol's Unity Park. The menu also includes Sunday brunch items like breakfast burritos and pancakes.

The restaurant has a fast-casual setting with a warm, Hawaiian-inspired interior and bunny decor. Burgers and sandwiches can be made gluten-free on request, and some grain bowls are gluten-free. Beer, wine and mocktails are available, and gift cards can be purchased. The team also appears at events, and catering and online ordering are offered.
