Professional Plating

Professional Plating is a metal finishing company that zinc plates, e-coats and powder coats parts for manufacturers. Its core work is barrel and rack zinc plating, acrylic and epoxy e-coating for corrosion protection and wear resistance, and powder coating in a range of colors for residential and commercial parts. Founded in 1979 to plate fasteners, the company has grown into one of the largest electroplaters in the Midwest, with a large powder coating operation and an e-coat facility.

Customers include manufacturers and OEM suppliers who send in parts from their own production lines. The company also offers blasting, assembly and packaging, and trucking and shipping, so finished parts can return to a customer's shop or go straight to their customer's door.
