Rustic Cork Wine Bar & Bistro

Rustic Cork Wine Bar & Bistro is a wine bar with two locations, one in Lake Stevens and one at the Port of Everett. The wine list features five new Washington wines each month on a tasting flight, plus additional bottles and glasses, rotating taps, seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic options. The Everett location also serves a Sunday brunch with mimosa flights and espresso martinis, and bistro-style food includes flatbreads, charcuterie and seafood at the Everett marina site.

The bar is all ages and dogs are welcome on the heated patio. Live music and trivia nights run on a weekly schedule, and the Everett location offers private events in an upstairs room with a deck, with in-house catering and a private bartender available. Reservations and a waitlist are available online for the Everett location, while groups of six or more can book the Lake Stevens location by phone.
