McDowells Specialty Repairs

McDowells is a family-run specialty repair shop that handles interior and exterior repair for cars, RVs, boats, furniture and other specialty surfaces. Its core work includes paintless dent repair, leather and vinyl repair, upholstery restoration and automotive window tinting, with furniture and RV and marine interiors also covered.

Most repairs can be done in the shop or on site through a fully equipped mobile fleet, which is useful for homes, businesses, dealerships and job sites. Service covers Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star and Middleton. The shop is on Fairview Avenue in Boise and is open weekdays with Saturday visits by appointment, and the team offers same-day estimates. Founded in 1993 by Bert McDowell, the business now includes a second generation of the family.
