Life's Kitchen

Life's Kitchen is a nonprofit food service social enterprise that trains young adults for jobs in the foodservice industry. Its training program combines food service work with life skills coaching and continuing education, and it runs a cafe, catering operation, banquet room, food truck and school lunch services. The organization was founded in 2003 by local restaurateur Rory Farrow, who had seen many Boise teenagers start restaurant jobs without basic life skills.
