Berserker Strength and Conditioning

Berserker Strength and Conditioning is a 24/7 gym with training centers in Garden City and Nampa, Idaho. The site describes its mission as helping men and women stay active and reach their goals, whatever their starting point.

New members sign up by appointment only, and visitors from out of town or people who already belong to another gym can request a trial visit through a contact form before coming in. A $10 drop-in option is also offered. The Garden City location is on West Chinden Boulevard, and the gym is open around the clock, so members can train at any hour.
