Larsen Athletic Academy

Larsen Athletic Academy is a sports performance gym offering youth athletic training for grades 4 through 12, adult small group personal training, and a senior small group program for adults 60 and older. Its youth programs focus on coordination, speed, agility, plyometrics, strength and running mechanics, with weekly performance testing for high school athletes.

New members can book a free trial class online before joining. The gym is inside Blair Training Center at 1551 Front St in Blair, about a block off Main Street and roughly 20 miles north of Omaha, and it also coaches high school football and sponsors local youth sports.
