Customers start by calling or filling out a request on the website, and a technician visits the property to look at the problem and suggest options. Preventative maintenance plans are available for ongoing service. Financing lets customers spread payments over time, including a 0% APR option, and applying is done by text without affecting credit. The office is on Front Street in Blair, with work reaching Washington County and the Omaha area.
