Functional patterns training to correct movement and reduce pain929 S Eton Street, Birmingham, MI

Move As A Human is a 1-on-1 biomechanics training studio that uses functional patterns methods to correct movement imbalances, posture problems and joint pain. Its services include sports performance training, scoliosis treatment, chronic pain management, injury prevention and a private gym. The studio was founded by Victor Kravutske, a former personal trainer who is now a certified Functional Patterns practitioner, and the team includes several certified practitioners.
Every program starts with an in-depth movement assessment that covers posture and a slow-motion gait analysis, followed by a customized training plan. The first session is free, and sessions run about 55 minutes with prices listed by practitioner. The studio has locations at 929 S Eton Street in Birmingham and on Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor, and it offers virtual coaching to clients across the United States.
