Scratch-made seafood with French Quarter flavor since 1967Birmingham, AL

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen is a seafood restaurant inspired by the French Quarter in New Orleans, serving scratch-made dishes like live lobster, crispy alligator, gumbo, redfish Pontchartrain and fried crawfish platters. The kitchen makes its own mayonnaise, marinades and sauces by hand, and its menu also includes desserts such as the Turtle Fudge Brownie.
It is the largest concept in the Pappas family of restaurants, a family-owned company based in Houston and operating since 1967. The restaurant is known for its attentive service and lively atmosphere, with a patio. Reservations can be booked online and orders placed for to-go pickup. Larger parties of eight or more are charged a suggested 20% gratuity.
