Mountain Brook & Edgewood Creamery

Mountain Brook & Edgewood Creamery is an ice cream shop with two locations, one in Mountain Brook Village and one on Oxmoor Road in the Edgewood Strip. The menu covers scoops in cups or cones, quarts of hand-packed ice cream, shakes, malts and floats, and ice cream cakes and pies decorated to order in several sizes. It also sells a frozen yogurt that the shop describes as low in fat and calories.

Both shops are open seven days a week from 11 AM to 10:30 PM, and you can call either location to place an order. The Mountain Brook shop is at 2715 Cahaba Road in Birmingham, and kids can get a smaller junior scoop or a clown cone.
