Alexis Saville

Alexis Saville is a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual, couples, and family therapy for women whose lives look successful from the outside but feel unsustainable inside. Her work focuses on anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationships, and major life transitions. Clients include women who arrive overwhelmed and running on empty, as well as those who simply want to understand their patterns more deeply. Group therapy, walk and talk sessions, workshops, and corporate group consulting are also offered.

Sessions are held in person at her office in Homewood and by telehealth across Alabama. She describes her office as a relaxed space rather than a clinical one, and clients are encouraged to show up as themselves. Appointments can be requested through the website or by phone.
