Village Baker

The Village Baker is a bakery and café in Bend known for daily baked rustic breads and Old World sourdough loaves. Its handmade pastries sit alongside made-to-order sandwiches built on the bakery's own fresh bread, and bakery-made soups and salads round out the lunch menu. Take-and-bake options are also available.

Lunch orders can be called ahead. The bread is also sold at several Central Oregon stores, including Market of Choice, Newport Avenue Market and Natural Grocers in Bend, plus Oliver Lemon's in Sisters. Ryans Produce in Redmond carries it seasonally, from June through September. The business has been locally owned and operated since 1997.
