Velvetgoldmine collective

Velvetgoldmine Collective is a hair salon built around healthy hair. The stylist chooses products and techniques aimed at keeping hair healthy, strong and vibrant, and shapes each visit around the client's own hair and lifestyle. After four years in its earlier space, the salon has moved into the Blissful Heart Wellness center on Greeley Avenue, and the stylist plans further specialty training.

Appointments are required, and bookings can be made through the website, by text or by phone. Prices and booking did not change with the move. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead are free, while later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled cost or more, depending on the stylist. For emergencies, clients can call or text the salon. Parking is free and easy.
