Second Wind Sports Bend

Second Wind Sports Bend is a consignment shop for lightly used, higher-end outdoor gear, clothing and footwear. Shoppers find mountain and gravel bikes, skis and snowboards, climbing gear and hiking equipment, and the shop also handles bike tune-ups, ski and snowboard hot waxing and paddle board rentals.

Sellers receive 70% of the price for items over $100 and 65% for items under $100, and consignment drop-off is handled in store, with seasonal lists of what they accept. Walk-ins are welcome for most services, and no appointment is needed for most repairs. The shop is at 725 NW Columbia Street in Bend, and it is family-owned by co-owners Wayne Hofeldt and Andy Hengel.
