Rimrock Trails

Rimrock Trails is a nonprofit that provides mental health counseling and substance use treatment for individuals and families. Its clinicians work with approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, collaborative problem solving, motivational interviewing and equine assisted psychotherapy. The organization began in 1990 as an adolescent residential substance use program, and it also runs a youth residential program in Prineville. Its Redmond therapists focus on social and emotional mental health for children from birth to age five.

Rimrock Trails has counseling offices in Bend, Redmond and Prineville, so families in Deschutes County and surrounding areas can choose the closest one. Appointments are scheduled through the website or by phone, and bills can be paid online. Staff can also help with questions about annual 1095-C tax forms through the Prineville office.
