M Jacobs Furniture

M. Jacobs Furniture is a family-run furniture retailer with six stores across Eugene and Bend, Oregon. The business sells living room, dining room and bedroom furniture, plus mattresses, from brands such as Ekornes Stressless, Broyhill, A-America and Sleep Chest. Its roots go back more than 75 years to a Eugene store, and the lineup today runs from outlet clearance pieces to upscale leather and oak.

Stores are open seven days a week. Sales staff offer in-home decorating consultations, and the business provides free delivery across Oregon along with instant credit and easy payment terms. Customers describe patient help with fabric choices and furniture that is easy on the back, and the team's follow-through on defective pieces. Calling ahead is a good idea if you want a specific fabric or model, since stock varies by store.
