The company is third-generation, with the family's painting business going back to 1968.

The crew is described as trained and coached before starting any job, and the company says it runs on a strict schedule, does a daily cleanup, and takes care to protect furniture and pets. Estimates are free and can be requested by phone or through the website. The business is based in Bend, Oregon, and its customers are in that area.
