Blockbuster

Blockbuster in Bend is the last remaining Blockbuster store in the world, a video rental shop with more than 21,000 movies, from new releases to classic films. Alongside rentals, the store sells Blockbuster-branded hoodies, socks, games and coin banks, and most of its products are made in Bend.

The Tisher family opened the shop in the early 1990s as a locally owned video store and became a Blockbuster franchise in 2000. Manager Sandi Harding credits local support and Bend's tourism industry for keeping the doors open in the streaming era, and all proceeds from product sales go back into running the store. It is located in Bend, Oregon.
