Black Opal Tattoo is a tattoo studio in Bend, Oregon, founded in 2019 by local artist Kailah Bartolome. Each tattoo is custom designed for the client by one of the studio's artists, and the team includes Aaron Borden, Gabe DeVoll, Hazelle Griston and Taya Nolan.

The studio is small and focuses on a friendly, one-on-one experience. It accepts walk-ins daily, and clients can also call or text ahead or email an artist. The studio is on Northeast Division Street in Bend.
