Bend Aesthetics and Wellness is a physician-led clinic founded by board-certified physician Dr. Leslie Carey, who spent nearly two decades in family medicine before opening it. The clinic offers injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and dermal fillers, along with Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and body contouring with Emsculpt Neo and Emsella. Functional medicine work for fatigue, inflammation and hormone imbalance sits alongside the aesthetic care.

Patients are asked to text the clinic before coming in, since the team is sometimes with other patients and wants to give each visit full attention. Payment plans and financing are available. The clinic is locally owned and located on Northwest Colorado Avenue in Bend, Oregon. It is open weekday mornings, and Saturday visits are by appointment only.
